Perry Plumbing did an outstanding job replacing all the old, corroded cast iron piping under our home with new PVC piping. Christian and Christopher were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and hardworking. They went above and beyond—checking everything thoroughly, explaining their work in detail, and even showing us the old pipes they replaced. They also offered us tips on how to keep our pipes clean and things to avoid putting down a drain. Had a great experience with Perry Plumbing today. We had major sewage backup in our back yard, a real emergency situation. Brandon came out, quickly diagnosed that the cast iron from the house to the city connection was in bad shape and had root intrusion Drains from different parts of our large house came to a large "Y" connection that needed to be replaced. He had Efrain and Logan come out the next day, which was HUGE! They had to dig down five feet to find the Y, cut it out and install new ABS with cleanouts for easy future access. Amazing they could complete this big job in one day, and our drains are running smoothly again. Efrain, Logan and Brandon were polite, professional, and explained the work every step of the way. I can't recommend them enough. As our house was built in the '50s with cast iron throughout, we've had history of clogged drains. We're having them back to do a full reline of the drains in the slab to resolve the issue permanently.

Miguel Smith at Perry Plumbing did an amazing job! He quickly diagnosed the issue with my garbage disposal and had it working perfectly within minutes. Perry Plumbing was very communicative in telling me exactly when he was going to be at my house. They are professional and efficient - would defintely use them again.

Tony and Perry Plumbing did an amazing job! There has been a problem with our kitchen drain line for a while and we've had a few different independent plumbers out after our longtime plumber passed away. They will clear the drain, all will be well, but the clog quickly comes back, and we have to call someone out again. Having Perry Plumbing come out was the best decision ever!!! Tony arrived on time, was professional and friendly, and communication with his office was great. He had no problem finding the clog and clearing it. Hearing of our previous problems, he decided to dig around a little more and found a bigger clog farther down the line, which is what the true issue was and why we've had a recurring problem. SO happy with our decision to call Perry Plumbing instead of any of our previous plumbers and are deleting all the other phone numbers we've collected! Thank you, Tony and Perry Plumbing!

Tony was awesome! There was multiple units in our complex with tub and toilet issues, he knocked on every door to let us know he was here and working on the issue. He got the plumbing fixed really quickly. Super cool respectful guy, highly recommend!

I was thrilled with Perry Plumbing, and especially Brent. He was timely and efficiently diagnosed my issues. He gave me a range of solutions then promptly got things going. When he returned to do the work, he was perfect in every way. He walked me through it and made sure everything worked properly and I understood what he did. Brent was a joy to work with and we will call Perry Plumbing (and request Brent!) for all future needs.

Our water heater was leaking and we thinking we needed to replace it, Ricardo came out on the same day we called, and after doing his investigation, he found that it was an old plastic service valve and replaced it with a brass one. We really appreciated his honesty. We have used Perry twice, and are definitely returning when we need a Plumber.

I've had plumbers visit my residence for the same piping issue over the last four years and not one of them could diagnose the issue correctly, not after scoping or jetting. Previous plumbers charged me extra (multiple times) because they could not find the clean out on the side of my house and diagnosed the issue incorrectly. Brandon @ Perry Plumbing found the clean out within minutes, diagnosed the issue correctly when no one else could, and saved me from paying $10k to jackhammer my dining room concrete like the other guy suggested. I have found my new plumber.
